This was the first "Blue Demon" film shot in color, with a "Spy" plot as the Demon helps out the police as an agent in their battle against a mad doctor and his army of female zombies. Directed by the great Chano Urueta, with the screenplay by Fernando Oses, this film, like many other Mexican horror and sci-fi films, deals with many sci-fi elements as a mad doctor is trying extract the brain of Dr. Robles (Scientific Genius) and create his army of "Zombies" to take over the world.
