The Green Slime, known in Japan as (Gamma 3: Great Space War) is a 1968 science fiction film directed by Kinji Fukasaku and produced by Walter Manley. The film was shot in Japan with a Japanese director and film crew, but with the non-Japanese starring cast of Robert Horton, Richard Jaeckel, and Luciana Paluzzi (of James Bond Fame). After destroying a huge asteroid that was on a rapid collision course with Earth, a group of astronauts discover they have accidently returned to their space station with an alien slime creature that feeds on radiation and reproduce rapidly from it's own blood. This is not the Standard Full Screen American version but the Uncut English Toei Widescreen Digitally Restored Version and includes the Original Japanese Trailer of the film. This is a great! and fantastic film to have in your Sci-Fi collection. 1968 Color 90 Minutes on DVD-R.
